Omar reviews them in advance, so the session itself is pure working time: direct answers on your architecture, integration strategy, or vendor choices, plus a short written summary of recommendations within one business day.
The advisory session is paid upfront when you book through the scheduling link. Fixed-scope packages are 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, invoiced with standard US and EU payment options. Retainers are invoiced monthly.
The more context, the more value: architecture diagrams, a short description of the product and its constraints, current or planned vendors, and the two or three decisions you most need resolved. If documentation is thin, a one-page bullet list is enough to start.
You can reschedule at no cost up to 24 hours before the session. If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, you get a full refund. If a session clearly cannot help you (for example, the problem is outside our expertise), we say so upfront and refund it.
